The future of parking, powered by the sun

Solar Carport

No upfront cost on panels, cabling, labour and accessories with 0% interest

Residential car port

If you have a space around the house where you would usually park your electric car out in the open, we can convert it into an enclosed charging station. This way you can protect your electric car from the elements and charge it at the same time using the sun’s free energy.

Fitted with solar panel roofing, these carports will have either single, double, or four support posts depending on your house and a charging port. You can then decide whether to run power to the main switchboard or have it as a stand-alone system (off-grid). The installation kit we often use is from Clenergy. Clenergy is an Australian manufacturer of railing mounting systems for solar arrays based out of Victoria. In fact, we almost always use Clenergy rails for our roof mounted PV systems.

EV Charging

With the ever-increasing sale of electric vehicles in the world, we have focused on providing docking bays to charge and shelter your vehicle. Your electric car will be provided energy by the vary solar panels that shelter it. If your vehicle is not underneath the solar carport, it can either store the energy in a battery for later vehicle charging or simply power the loads of the residence or business. Any excess energy, as always, is sold back to the grid.

Clenergy’s flagship model is the PV-ezRack Carport. These are cost-effective, sleek in design and semi-customisable. You have a one-car span and two-car span variety. Due to the simple design, they are very quick to install, so we’ll be out of your way in no time. If you already have a carport then we can simply install the solar array on your existing carport and wire the installation up to fit the existing structure. Either way you’ll have your electric vehicle covered and charged.
